Insight Heroes’ is a professional survey toolkit with the largest number of data collection platforms from the 30-year young Metric Global Group. The big Insight Heroes idea struck about a decade ago when market research was mainly conducted by in-person focus groups and pen-and-paper surveys. The IH team wanted to be superheroes, a force to be reckoned with and revered. And they wanted to do it with software that was simple, collaborative, and accessible.
